I sent an email requesting more information and he replied. Then we spoke by phone and determined the house I was looking at was not ideal. He suggested we come up to Santa Rosa and look at several houses, a trip we repeated twice. Each time he was available and showed us more houses until we found the one we liked the best.

We appreciated his low key approach. I never felt he was pressuring us to make a decision. He kept in touch between our visits with texts and links to new listings, so we were kept up-to-date on the houses that were coming available.

Randy brought in two potted plants for my living room and placed them on the
