I sent an email requesting more information and he replied. Then we spoke by phone and determined the house I was looking at was not ideal. He suggested we come up to Santa Rosa and look at several houses, a trip we repeated twice. Each time he was available and showed us more houses until we found the one we liked the best.

We appreciated his low key approach. I never felt he was pressuring us to make a decision. He kept in touch between our visits with texts and links to new listings, so we were kept up-to-date on the houses that were coming available.

Denise Martin went above and beyond our expectations during our long (6 month) search for a home. We were informed of and saw properties before they were listed. Denise listened to our requirements and comments so we only viewed properties that were reasonable options. She clearly communicated with us throughout the process and held herself to the highest level of professionalism. At one point, with inventory tight in our targeted neighborhood, she offered to send letters to each of the owners of a specific model in the development, looking for one that might be considering a sale. Always upbeat and positive, never pushy or intrusive, Denise suggested alternate plans and ideas that helped us not get too discouraged as time wore on.
